Our Human Resources interns will have the opportunity to provide administrative support and get a feel of working in the human resources department of a dynamic law firm. Interns will work closely with the HR team in recruiting efforts, event planning, and employee file maintenance.

Program Description:

Human Resources interns will gain HR generalist skills through filing, tracking, and reporting. They will understand and assist with recruiting efforts by preparing on-boarding packets, sitting in on interviews, attending university career fairs, and assisting with the integration of new employees in our office. Interns will assist our HR team with maintaining and tracking employee files with sensitivity and confidentiality. By the end of their internship, students will have learned and developed a handful of HR skills such as interpersonal, organizational, recruiting and event planning skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Business Solutions
