Mr. Ray L. Ngo, Esq., is a graduate of the University of Utah’s SJ Quinney College of Law, where he served as a member of the law review. He is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in Utah and New York, including the United States District Court for the District of Utah, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
