With the hiring of associate attorney Junwoo Bae, who is licensed to practice law in West Virginia, The Law Firm of Higbee & Associates can unequivocally say it is authorized to practice law in all 50 states.
Higbee & Associates has been touting itself as a national law firm since 2012, when it was operating in about 15 states and in every time zone in the U.S. The firm’s services also included immigration services, which could be offered in every state. So, while it could truthfully claim to be nationwide, there was an asterisk, as we were not authorized to practice in state courts in all 50 states.
Since the first part-time employee was hired in 2006, there have been more than 2,000 employees, law clerks, and interns who have helped the law firm fulfill its mission of being a dynamic law firm and a place where people love to be. They have helped us serve more than 100,000 clients who have trusted us to help them in their time of need, win record setting verdicts, obtain precedent setting appeals, and positively impact public policy, and rescue about 100 dogs.
Today, we again say thank you to them all for helping make these accomplishments possible—we could not have done it without them. The law firm considers itself very blessed and is grateful for all who helped get us this far.
