Overview:

Our Rights Restoration Attorneys help clients with criminal record expungements, post-conviction relief, and navigating state-specific restoration processes. Attorneys will manage cases across multiple states and gain hands-on experience in legal advocacy and client representation.

Program Description:

Attorneys will handle client intake, legal research, case preparation, correspondence with courts, and drafting necessary documents for record sealing and expungement. By the end, participants will have developed practical experience in criminal law procedures, case management, and client communication.

Qualifications:

Licensed attorneys or candidates actively pursuing licensure. Professionalism, reliability, strong communication, and attention to detail are required. Previous legal experience is a plus, but not required. Must be organized and able to work independently.
