Consumer Advocacy Attorneys represent clients in debt settlement defense and related civil litigation. They manage cases, negotiate settlements, and support clients in multiple states, gaining hands-on experience in consumer law and dispute resolution.
Program Description:
Attorneys review case files, correspond with clients and opposing counsel, perform legal research, and assist in court filings when needed. Participants gain practical experience in civil litigation, client communication, and debt defense processes.
Qualifications:
Licensed attorneys or candidates pursuing licensure. Strong professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills are required. Prior experience in civil litigation or consumer law is a plus but not required.
