Lawrence D. Eichen, Esq. lives in Northern New Jersey and has been a litigation attorney for over 25 years. As part of the firm’s consumer debt practice, Mr. Eichen brings an extensive amount of litigation and negotiation experience to the firm. Prior to joining the firm, he litigated a wide variety of legal cases throughout New Jersey including consumer debt. He has successfully helped hundreds of clients resolve personal debts while aggressively defending them in litigation brought by their creditors.
Additional practice areas that Mr. Eichen has significant litigation experience include personal injury, workers compensation, employment discrimination, guardianship, landlord-tenant, trust & estates, traffic violations, and DUI matters.
Mr. Eichen provides Continuing Legal Education courses to attorneys on negotiation and other areas of the law. He has also served for over 20 years as a volunteer mediator resolving disputes as part of the Dispute Resolution Program in Morris County, NJ.
He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and a member of the NJ State Bar Association and NJ Association of Professional Mediators. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Eichen was a computer programmer, having obtained his B.S. in Computer Science from SUNY Albany.
In his spare time, Mr. Eichen enjoys ice hockey and is an avid golfer and tennis player.
