Copyright Attorney

Overview:

Our Copyright Attorneys represent clients in copyright infringement and intellectual property matters. Attorneys work closely with case managers and legal staff on active cases across multiple jurisdictions within a national law firm environment.

Program Description:

Attorneys are responsible for reviewing potential claims, communicating with clients, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and assisting with case strategy and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing with their state bar. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are required. Prior experience in intellectual property or copyright law is preferred but not required.
